Sunday 19th November 2023 - Autumn Lunch at the Hare and Hounds.
"A merry gathering of VGs and partners enjoyed a tasty lunch locally, arranged by Paul who brought along his tabard and display board illustrating the superb work undertaken by the group.
Our meals were delicious and generous, and the conversation flowed amicably. Several trips down memory lane were taken to times past; village characters, features, events and changes. Current issues and concerns were also pondered upon.
We are so lucky to live in Sonning Common.
Thank you, devoted gardeners for enhancing our environment with such thoughtfulness and charm. Bless our Village Gardeners!" - Written by Irenka M.
"It was great fun" - JG.."A most enjoyable lunch with good company
" - JE.
